Old Soul’s Farms Improves Supply Chain Visibility with FoodLogiQ Traceability

Old Soul’s Farms, a young microgreens, specialty greens and herb grower in Saint Paris, Ohio, needed more detailed records to meet FSMA requirements and prepare for an upcoming Primus audit. To close that gap the company turned to Trustwell and its Track + Trace solution to establish stronger food safety and traceability practices.

Trustwell implemented GS1-128 labeling and field-level barcode scanning to capture critical tracking events at the batch-lot level, storing the data in Track + Trace for real-time visualization of the supply chain. The solution improved recordkeeping and traceability, gave the Old Soul’s Farms team a big‑picture view of product movement, and materially increased their confidence and preparedness for the Primus audit.
