Stratas Foods, a leading North American supplier of edible oils, mayonnaise, dressings and sauces with roughly 1,000 employees across ten U.S. locations, needed to consistently meet strict food-safety, quality and customer-reporting requirements for large clients like Captain D’s. To streamline supplier reporting and ensure transparent, timely communication, Stratas adopted Trustwell’s supplier management and traceability platform.

Trustwell delivered a single, user-friendly dashboard and checklist that centralized customer requirements and simplified communication, enabling Stratas to fulfill obligations for eight Trustwell customers (including Captain D’s) more efficiently. The improved visibility and ease-of-use helped Stratas maintain high service levels, contribute to on-time deliveries to Captain D’s more than 500 restaurants in 22 states, and be recognized as one of four suppliers for excellence at Captain D’s 2019 Summer Convention.
