Frontier Co-op, a cooperatively-owned wholesaler of natural and organic products, faced a highly complex global supply chain—more than 1,800 ingredients sourced from 50+ countries—and a slow, manual document-management process that couldn’t keep up with growth. To address these challenges, Frontier Co-op turned to Trustwell and implemented Trustwell’s Manage + Monitor solution to centralize supplier documentation and approvals.

Trustwell built an online supplier community and streamlined Frontier Co-op’s approvals, audits, incidents, tracking and specifications into a single, accessible platform. As a result, Frontier Co-op gained greater control and transparency over supplier approvals, faster audit and assessment workflows, improved recording and trending of quality incidents (including the ability to report back to suppliers to recoup costs), and overall streamlined processes that can be accessed from anywhere.
