Five Guys teamed with Trustwell in April 2017 to gain greater insight into their supply chain, centralize supplier management, and introduce quality issue tracking and reporting across their operations. Facing the challenge of scaling these capabilities across a large footprint, Five Guys sought a partner and platform to organize supplier data and surface quality issues in real time.

Trustwell implemented its Connect platform and worked with Five Guys’ team to develop a go‑live strategy for quality issue tracking and reporting covering all North American restaurants — nearly 1,500 locations. After more than 18 months of use and on‑site collaboration, Trustwell’s solution delivered centralized supplier management, improved supply‑chain visibility, and a scalable approach to quality reporting that prepared Five Guys for a full rollout.
