Trustwave met a strict three-month transition timeline, deploying the Trustwave Fusion platform, transition management and Proactive Threat Hunting services while integrating with Ocorian’s existing Palo Alto Networks Cortex XDR and endpoint tools. The solution delivered a user-friendly dashboard (replacing monthly reporting), two-way ticketing for faster collaboration, filtered and grouped endpoint alerts to reduce noise, and improved triage and incident analysis—giving Ocorian greater control, maintained compliance and measurable reductions in alert handling time and operational risk under Trustwave’s ongoing support.
