Instapage, the post-click optimization platform for marketing teams and agencies, needed a way to build credibility and strengthen its brand name. As a bootstrapped company, it turned to Trustpilot reviews and the Trustpilot review management platform to establish trust with prospects and learn from customers across the business.

Trustpilot implemented review collection and display tools, including Seller Rating Extensions, rich snippets, tagging, integrations, and widgets, so Instapage could use reviews in SEO, ads, email, social, sales, and product improvement. The results were significant: an A/B test showed a 2% lift in customer acquisition, organic CTR for “ppc landing page templates” rose from 8.5% to 31.9% in one month, and email onboarding clicks increased 18%, leading to an 8% increase in offer uptakes.
