PhysioRoom.com, a UK leader in sports injury, rehab and fitness products and content, needed better social proof and more detailed product feedback to help customers choose the right item and to inform product development. Their previous in-house review process (links on product pages and order confirmations) only brought in about 10 reviews per month, leaving them short of actionable insights.
In January 2019 they switched to Trustpilot Product Reviews, using post-purchase invitations (sent 10 days after purchase) and Trustpilot’s Product Attributes to capture attribute-level ratings. The result was a jump from ~10 to ~200 product reviews per month (a 1,900% increase), simpler implementation with Trustpilot support, and an 8% month‑on‑month rise in B2B sales—plus stronger customer confidence and clearer feedback for product improvements.
