PayAsUGym is a flexible fitness network giving access to over 2,500 gyms, but potential customers can be reluctant to try a venue without knowing what to expect. To boost online visibility, improve AdWords conversion and understand customer sentiment, the company joined Trustpilot in 2016 to collect and showcase reviews.

By adding Trustpilot widgets, sharing reviews on social media and using Google Seller Ratings, PayAsUGym built a TrustScore of 8.9 from 200+ reviews and now shows seller ratings in 82% of its ads. The reviews increased ad click-through rates, lifted search visibility (their site appears first with Trustpilot reviews visible), and provided actionable brand insights — the team is targeting 1,000 reviews to continue growing trust and conversions.
