Wildland Trekking, a company that runs multi‑day guided hiking adventures worldwide, relies heavily on customer trust for safety and bookings. Although they already used Google, Yelp and TripAdvisor, they wanted a review platform with better usability, support and on‑site integration to drive more conversions.
They implemented Trustpilot site‑wide—adding TrustBoxes on landing and trip pages and working with a dedicated representative—giving more usable web snippets and stronger review visibility. The result: engagement and conversions improved significantly (click‑through rate up ~12–13%, bounce rate down 18.36%, average time on site +54 seconds) and their Google AdWords CTR rose about 9.6%.
