LendUp is a San Francisco-based FinTech startup that provides payday alternatives, installment loans and a credit card with embedded financial education to help customers improve their financial health. With strong customer satisfaction and a mission-driven brand, LendUp needed to amplify that feedback across channels to demonstrate social proof, build trust with prospective customers, and improve landing page performance.

LendUp implemented Trustpilot to proactively collect and display customer reviews on landing pages and in search (including Google Seller Ratings).
