How KLEIR.’s social media ad revenue tripled with Trustpilot

KLEIR., a Belgium-based clothing brand from Antwerp, wanted to turn its strong customer reputation into more online sales and better-performing ads. Using Trustpilot reviews and TrustScore on its webshop, product pages, cart, and social media campaigns, KLEIR. aimed to build trust at every step of the buying journey.

Trustpilot helped KLEIR. showcase verified reviews in Facebook and Instagram ads, with one test running three ad versions over four weeks. The Trustpilot ads delivered far stronger performance: average revenue of €61.73 and ROAS of €81.73 per euro spent, compared with just €18.83 for the ad without Trustpilot; click-through rates were also three times higher, reaching 0.57% versus 0.19%.
