Home Logic, a Southampton-based provider of eco-friendly home energy solutions, faced growing competition as it expanded its product range and needed to boost traffic, sales and brand reputation. Home Logic deployed Trustpilot widgets sitewide, leveraged Google Seller Ratings in paid and organic channels, and used reviews in sales and social ads. The results: up to 20% higher CTR on ads with ratings, a 5% uplift in conversion through Google Seller Ratings, a 90% conversion increase on a competitor-targeted campaign, and over £300,000 in paid-media revenue in 2016; the company now has ~250 reviews and a 9.6/10 rating, which it also uses to boost staff morale and improve user experience.
