Cykelpartner reduces Adwords CPA by 11.14% with Trustpilot reviews

Cykelpartner is a Danish eCommerce retailer of bike parts and accessories that has built its brand on strong customer service. Facing the challenge of improving online trust, increasing conversions and making Google AdWords more cost-effective as they scaled, the company partnered with Trustpilot in 2008 to collect and showcase authentic customer reviews.

By qualifying for Google Seller Ratings through Trustpilot and embedding review widgets across the site, Cykelpartner improved on-site trust and optimized its paid search performance: AdWords conversion rate rose 22.54%, Cost Per Acquisition fell 11.14%, and the company estimates over €40,000 in annual AdWords savings. Although CTR dipped slightly and CPC rose a little, the net effect was more conversions, better ROI, and ongoing operational improvements driven by customer feedback.
