CEWE Photoworld, a photo‑finishing business that helps customers preserve memories through photo books, prints and gifts, needed a way to communicate its high product and service quality to prospects and capture feedback from customers who wouldn’t otherwise get in touch. The company aimed to populate its Google Seller Ratings, surface positive reviews in the checkout experience to reduce purchase hesitation, and gather and respond to negative feedback to improve service.

CEWE integrated Trustpilot to collect and display customer reviews; more than 7,000 reviews produced a TrustScore of 9/10 and an improved Google Seller Rating. That visibility lifted click‑through rates from Google by 12%, and A/B testing of Trustpilot reviews in the checkout flow showed an 8% increase in conversions, while also enabling better monitoring and response to customer feedback.
