By surfacing reviews across Google Shopping ads, onsite widgets, social, email and print, Staples amassed over 2,000 reviews across 11 domains, raised their average score from 1.9 to 8.0 (Staples UK ~7.5), improved organic visibility and ad performance, and strengthened customer engagement and retention.
