Perintäritari, a Finnish debt collection firm with over 30 years of experience, sought a reliable way to measure customer loyalty, collect honest feedback and grow new business through referrals. To do this they started using Trustmary’s online word-of-mouth service in autumn 2019 to capture customer sentiment and referral recommendations.
Trustmary supplied surveys and an embeddable referral carousel that Perintäritari uses in sales and marketing; to date they have 140 responses, 27 referrals, a 25% response rate and an NPS of 77. The Trustmary tools have become their primary customer loyalty measurement and referral channel, driving visible referral content on their website and contributing to new client acquisition.
