A Trustmary Case Study
Mutjutin, a B2C massage tool company, wanted to make better use of its strong customer satisfaction and growing library of reviews to boost sales. Working with Trustmary, it used the Trustmary tool to automate feedback collection and gather customer reviews that could be turned into social proof for marketing and the website.
Trustmary then helped Mutjutin test review notifications on product pages through an A/B experiment, showing selected reviews after a 5-second delay to part of the traffic. The result was a conversion rate lift from 7.36% to 9.03%, a 22.6% increase, which Mutjutin said could translate into tens of thousands of euros in additional annual sales.
