Kattotutka is a Finnish family-owned company that inspects, repairs and maintains water roofs across Finland. Facing the challenge of reaching busy real estate decision-makers and having not collected recent customer feedback, Kattotutka began using Trustmary in early fall 2020 to send customer surveys and capture satisfaction data.
