Kaisanet Increase trust with reviews

Kaisanet, a Finnish expert in network services, telecommunications, IT services and digitalisation, needed a systematic way to gather customer and employee feedback and build trust through visible reviews. In December 2019 Kaisanet began using Trustmary’s feedback and review tools, collecting responses via email campaigns and embedded website surveys to reach different customer segments and staff.

Trustmary implemented on-site surveys and email solicitations and provided a review display for the website; over the year Kaisanet gathered more than 270 feedbacks and 10 reviews, which received over 48,000 views in under a year. By using Trustmary to showcase identifiable customer testimonials on the front page and run quick personnel surveys, Kaisanet increased visible social proof and obtained actionable satisfaction data.
