Mutjutin, working with Trustmary, faced a difficult starting point as advertising ROI had turned negative and a new direction was needed. While testimonials were already present on the website’s product pages, they had not yet been used effectively in Facebook or Instagram ads, and only purchase volume data was fully comparable across the test period.
Trustmary helped Mutjutin make testimonials more visible on product pages and, most importantly, built Facebook/Instagram ads centered on customer testimonials. The results were strong: sales rose from 286 to 684, an increase of 139.16%, while media spend fell from €6,203.28 to €4,850.06, down 21.81%, and cost per purchase dropped from €21.69 to €7.09.
