Fourth Hospitality integrates Right to Work checks

Fourth, a hospitality workforce management provider serving more than 1,100 customers worldwide, needed a simpler way to help its customer Loungers carry out Right to Work checks during recruitment. Fourth wanted a compliant process that could be integrated into its applicant tracking system and confirm that candidates were genuine and legally eligible to work in the UK. TrustID’s Right to Work managed service was selected to meet this need.

TrustID integrated its Right to Work App and API with Fourth’s ATS, enabling Loungers’ managers to capture document images, validate identity remotely, and receive instant approval status back in the system. The solution created a fully managed, auditable process with PDF reports stored in HR files, improved GDPR compliance, and helped speed up onboarding so applicants could be processed in less than half an hour with no head office administration.
