Trusona implemented a passwordless authentication flow that removes passwords, banking IDs, PINs, codes and security questions across Tandem’s app and contact centre, enabling quick deployment and a consistent customer journey. The Trusona solution delivered PSD2 compliance while reducing user friction and promoting app engagement, eliminated the largest cyber threat vector of static credentials (compromised credentials account for over 80% of breaches) and protects customers from keylogging, phishing and credential-stuffing attacks.
