AlphaGraphics, a global print and marketing solutions franchise with 300 locations, needed to move off Adobe Experience Manager on a tight timeline while improving website usability for corporate and Center Owners. They also had to protect local SEO performance and preserve valuable content created at both the corporate and local levels. TruPresence provided a Franchise CMS with corporate and franchisee websites to support the migration.

TruPresence used its Accelerator Framework, core templates, and tokenized data to launch a master corporate site and 300 child sites with location-specific content, while allowing corporate control over which sections franchisees could edit. The vendor optimized migrated content for SEO, preserved legacy data in the backend CMS, and provided pre- and post-launch training plus a post-launch success program. TruPresence launched all 300 websites on time, with only a small dip in search rankings during migration, while improving brand consistency, local flexibility, and ongoing site management.
