Super One Foods, a chain of supermarkets, wanted to better reach a nearby student population that was unresponsive to traditional print ads and coupons. They partnered with vendor Trum·pia and used its software to implement a digital marketing and coupon program aimed at this younger demographic.
Using Trum·pia's software, Super One Foods deployed in-store iPad kiosks, signage, and radio campaigns to grow a mobile subscriber list. This digital solution allowed for targeted outreach and resulted in digital coupons achieving a redemption rate 9.5 times higher than that of their previous print coupons.
