RMG Mall Media, a mall-based digital network that engages affluent shoppers in food courts across the U.S., wanted a cost-effective way to test Text-to-Win promotions but had never run them before. Their main challenge was to run multiple, simultaneous Text-to-Win campaigns with trackable entries across their mall locations.
They partnered with Trumpia, using its platform to create and manage separate keywords for each campaign and benefited from straightforward onboarding and ongoing support. The result: 25,186 opt-ins in 3–4 months (about 600–700 per day), improved interaction reporting, and strong response rates across their programs.
