The Center for Innovation at Regional One Health needed a more streamlined way to keep facilities clean, since its maintenance staff relied on manual rounds and issues could go unresolved for too long. Using Trum.pia’s text-to-clean service, the team wanted automated, real-time alerts so staff and visitors could report service needs immediately.
Trum.pia implemented bathroom signs with unique keywords and QR codes that let anyone text or scan to report issues like refills, cleanliness, or broken items. The right team member was alerted instantly with the exact location and problem, and management could track completion times for better metrics. The program started in 10–12 locations, proved especially effective for bathrooms, and was expanded across the entire campus, including COVID clinical rooms.
