Jamba Juice of Bakersfield, which operates four local franchises, needed a fast, affordable way to reach nearby customers and boost in-store traffic on a lean marketing budget. The challenge was to build local awareness and repeat visits without hiring outside consultants or running costly campaigns.
They deployed Trumpia’s bulk SMS and multi-channel tools, using large in-store signs and social posts to prompt customers to text “JAMBA” to 99000, receive an immediate coupon, and join an opt-in list for regular high-value offers (BOGO and up to 20% off). In two months the program grew to about 1,000 subscribers, drove roughly a 10% increase in store traffic, and produced a meaningful sales lift.
