Jamba Juice Bakersfield, which owns and operates four Jamba Juice locations in central California, faced the common SMB challenge of driving local foot traffic with a lean marketing budget and no experienced marketer. Competing for customers locally, they needed a fast, cost-effective way to reach residents and increase in-store visits.

Using Trumpia, they ran mobile and social campaigns — including a keyword opt-in ("Jamba" to 99000), POS signage, and social promotion — that delivered an immediate free 16 oz smoothie coupon on opt-in and regular offers 1–2 times per week (BOGO, 20% off).
