Harbourgate Marina, an award-winning marina and resort in North Myrtle Beach with 100 wet slips and extensive guest amenities, sought ways to add value for boat owners and attract transient boaters. To meet that challenge, Harbourgate deployed a TrueLook Construction Cameras solution—installing a TrueLook PTZ webcam system so customers could view live, pan/tilt/zoom images of their vessels and marina facilities from anywhere.

TrueLook Construction Cameras’ PTZ webcam gave boat owners 360-degree, optical-zoom access to monitor boats, check weather or service work, and share live views with family, while also promoting the marina online. The camera became a major marketing and operational tool—used by visitors and staff, generating usage statistics, supporting event promotion, and contributing to Harbourgate’s recognition (voted "Best Marina in The Grand Strand" in 2008, 2010 and 2011) after more than a decade in service.
