Arizona Western College - Customer Case Study

Arizona Western College in Yuma built a 5 MW solar array made of five 1 MW testbeds and needed a way to share the multi‑million dollar project live, capture high‑resolution images for curriculum and presentations, allow viewers to inspect specific areas, and use equipment that could withstand extreme heat. To meet those needs the college selected TrueLook Construction Cameras, deploying interactive PTZ webcams and time‑lapse services to stream and document the work.

TrueLook Construction Cameras installed two pan‑tilt‑zoom cameras in protective enclosures (rated to operate up to 155°F), scheduled multiple time‑lapse archives, and enabled hi‑res image emailing, local saving and social sharing. The solution generated more than 140,000 webcam page views in the first months, produced multiple time‑lapse videos for teaching and promotion, led contractors and campus police to use the feeds for monitoring, and allowed the college to save hundreds of annotated images for ongoing use.
