AMSI (Advanced Machine & Stretchforming International, Inc.) needed a way to show aerospace customers the fine details of manufactured components without costly travel or shipping. Competing for contracts across time zones, AMSI found voicemail, faxed photos and email inadequate for close inspection, so they turned to TrueLook Construction Cameras to provide live, high-resolution, web-accessible views of their factory floor and parts.
TrueLook Construction Cameras installed optical-zoom, web-enabled cameras on AMSI’s shop floor, letting approved visitors zoom, capture and catalog images and enabling sales-led virtual plant tours. As a result, AMSI now hosts customers from around the world (Australia, Italy and beyond) who can visually inspect and even count shipments before they leave, reducing travel and shipping costs, speeding decisions, and boosting exposure and competitive advantage through TrueLook.
