White Hat Gaming, a leading global iGaming platform, faced high player drop-off during manual registration. Their challenge was to reduce friction and errors from players manually entering personal details, which hurt their ability to convert sign-ups into depositing customers. They partnered with vendor TrueLayer to implement its Signup+ product to streamline this process.

The solution from TrueLayer, Signup+, automates account creation using verified bank data during a player's first deposit, cutting signup time to about 60 seconds. This integration led to superior deposit success. On the Jackpot Village brand, Signup+ accounted for 26% of registrations but 40% of first-time depositors. On Casiku, almost half of registrations used Signup+, contributing 44% of high-value players, and achieved a 98.5% retention rate for the Pay by Bank method. White Hat Gaming plans to expand Signup+ to more brands based on these results.
