TUFF SHED, a national manufacturer of storage buildings and garages, needed to speed up quote delivery, improve the quality of data captured from customer interactions, and eliminate manual data entry for leads collected by its roughly 75 Area Sales Managers at Home Depot stores. To address these challenges, TUFF SHED deployed ProntoForms, a mobile form application and platform for smartphones and tablets.
Using ProntoForms, TUFF SHED equipped ASMs with mobile forms that capture signatures, photos, GPS/time stamps and barcodes, perform calculations, and integrate with FTP and SharePoint while instantly delivering quotes to customers’ inboxes. The ProntoForms solution produced instantaneous quote delivery, improved data quality through rich data capture, eliminated manual data entry, and gave TUFF SHED a complete, trackable handle on lead-generation activities.
