Obayashi, working on the Eglinton Crosstown Extension LRT project in Toronto, faced the challenge of managing strict health and safety requirements across nearly 300 employees and subcontractors. Using paper forms for audits, checklists, and incident reporting made communication slow and cumbersome, creating delays in getting critical safety data reviewed and shared.

TrueContext implemented mobile forms for Obayashi to digitize field data collection on iPhones and iPads, including offline use and photo capture. The result was over 12 form types mobilized, more than 30 hours of data entry eliminated each month, and incident report processing reduced from up to five days to just one hour, significantly improving compliance reporting and productivity.
