TrueContext provided a mobile solution that was piloted for capturing atmospheric corrosion meter readings. The implementation was easy, cost-effective, and well-received by over 1,200 field users. The solution enabled technicians to instantly submit data from iPads, integrating it directly into SAP. This drastically improved data speed and accuracy, supported critical follow-up notifications for maintenance, and enhanced overall safety. The success of this TrueContext pilot became a cornerstone for PG&E's broader mobility strategy.
