TrueContext implemented a mobile forms platform that dispatches pre-populated work orders, captures signatures/photos/barcodes, and submits data directly to back-office systems in real time. As a result, Gateway cut invoicing to about 7 days, saved more than 39 hours of weekly data entry (reducing what took 2.5 employees days each week to one person in minutes), and enabled real-time dispatching of service tickets across its workforce.
