A mobile forms makeover with ProntoForms

Daytona Homes, a family-owned residential home builder, was struggling with inefficient paper-based processes for its home orientation meetings. Their field staff had to transport and manage massive amounts of physical paperwork stored in boxes, which was cumbersome and created communication and data storage challenges. To improve efficiency and go digital, they turned to TrueContext and implemented its ProntoForms mobile forms solution.

By using ProntoForms on iPads, Daytona Homes digitized its entire process. The solution utilized conditional logic to create smart, adaptive forms that auto-populated data and hid irrelevant sections. This saved field staff significant time and improved data accuracy. The implementation resulted in saving 30 minutes per user per day for 126 users and generated approximately $40,000 in monthly cost savings, while automated data distribution greatly improved communication between all stakeholders.
