The Agency for Services and - Customer Case Study

The Agency for Services and Payments (ASP) is an inter‑ministerial government payment agency in France with about 3,000 employees that supports dozens of ministries and regional bodies. Faced with the COVID‑19 need to digitize workflows, enable secure remote work across distributed offices, and scale beyond its existing Cisco and Poly infrastructure, ASP selected TrueConf and its TrueConf Enterprise platform to provide a locally deployable, privacy‑focused unified communications solution that would integrate with legacy endpoints.

TrueConf implemented TrueConf Enterprise by federating multiple TrueConf Server instances to create a secure, unified collaboration network. The platform supports conferences of up to 1,000 participants, a built‑in SIP/H.323 gateway for Cisco/Poly endpoint integration, shared licensing to cut costs, and full backups for resilience—enabling 3,000+ employees to run unlimited meetings, conduct remote onboarding, and communicate seamlessly from offices and home while preserving data privacy. TrueConf’s deployment measurably reduced licensing overhead and allowed ASP to maintain business continuity during lockdowns.
