Koluman Holding, a leading Turkish automotive manufacturer with more than 700 employees and five branches, relied heavily on video conferencing but had to abandon its Polycom RMX MCU due to frequent crashes, complex maintenance and lack of flexibility. The company needed a solution that would remain compatible with its existing SIP/H.323 endpoints, so Koluman selected TrueConf and deployed TrueConf Server as its replacement.

TrueConf implemented TrueConf Server, a 4K software video conferencing solution with a multi-platform gateway and native H.323/SIP integration; IT reported it took under 20 minutes to deploy and configure. TrueConf enabled Koluman to connect its existing pool of endpoints across all branches, replace the hardware MCU, and gain scalable, on‑prem control of communications and data. The rollout improved system resilience and collaboration (high-quality video, content sharing, recording and BYOD support), and positioned Koluman to expand conferencing to more rooms and run webinars.
