Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), one of Asia’s largest aerospace and defense manufacturers, needed to digitalize workflows and cut costly, time-consuming face-to-face meetings across its many branches while meeting strict cybersecurity and on‑premises data protection requirements. To address this, HAL selected TrueConf and deployed TrueConf Enterprise as a scalable, private communications platform.

TrueConf implemented a federated private cloud based on TrueConf Enterprise, linking multiple TrueConf Server instances to provide a single address space, presence, secure messaging, scheduling, desktop/content sharing, recording and redundant fault-tolerant conferencing. The platform now connects more than 30,000 employees (and can scale to 1 million users), reduced travel time and costs, lowered risks of delays/cancellations, and increased meeting frequency, engagement and operational responsiveness — all under HAL’s full control.
