A TrueConf Case Study
Commercial Bank of Kuwait, one of the country’s largest financial institutions with 68 branches, needed to digitize processes and improve its centralized communication between customers and call center agents without expanding its IT support budget. To meet these challenges the bank selected TrueConf and its TrueConf Server video conferencing solution to enable secure, LAN/VPN-capable remote consultations.
TrueConf deployed a virtual banking system using TrueConf Server and touchscreen video kiosks (with headsets) plus team collaboration tools and a high-availability (primary/backup) setup. The rollout connected 100+ kiosks across branches, delivered more than 1,700 daily remote consultations, drastically reduced branch queues, improved client experience and service quality, and lowered operational costs.
