Baseerah Institute, a Pakistan-based religious education organization that has taught over 2,500 students, was struggling to scale instruction as student numbers grew while teacher staffing remained static. Their interim one-way AV setup limited interaction, was hard to manage and troubleshoot, and required an Internet-free, reliable solution for multi-class teaching. After evaluating options, the institute selected the self-hosted TrueConf video conferencing platform to meet these needs.

TrueConf delivered a LAN-based, on-premises video collaboration solution that lets one lecturer teach and interact with multiple classrooms simultaneously, using only PCs, webcams, and speakerphones. The deployment (implemented in 2022) restored full interactivity, enabled recording of lessons for absent students, and ensured secure, locally stored sessions independent of costly Internet access or third-party providers. TrueConf’s platform has improved engagement, simplified administration, and helped Baseerah Institute expand affordable, technology-enabled learning.
