Winsupply, a leading supplier with nearly 600 wholesaling locations, needed a way to power its unique, distributed business model that delivers superior inventory management across diverse construction and industrial market segments. To support Shared Purchasing Solutions (SPS) and a road‑warrior workforce, Winsupply turned to TrueCommerce Datalliance’s Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and forecasting solution to centralize ordering and inventory optimization without adding internal IT burden.

TrueCommerce Datalliance implemented a managed‑services VMI platform that pulls POs from local ERPs, enables “reverse VMI” ordering, and is highly configurable for HVAC, electrical and other distinct segments.
