TrueCommerce EDI Gives Vandemoortele the Tools They “Knead” for the Future

Vandemoortele, a European frozen-bakery producer that entered the U.S. market in 2017, needed to prepare to sell to major retail grocers while eliminating time-consuming manual order and accounting processes. To meet those goals the company chose TrueCommerce and implemented TrueCommerce’s cloud-based EDI for QuickBooks Online to satisfy grocers’ requirements and connect trading partners.

TrueCommerce delivered its cloud EDI integration (part of the Foundry Platform) with a managed service and hands-on implementation support, directly integrating EDI transactions into QuickBooks Online. The TrueCommerce solution eliminated laborious, error-prone manual entry, enabled remote management from anywhere, and gave Vandemoortele the support and scalability to onboard trading partners (currently live with one wholesaler) and pursue additional retail relationships.
