Transcendence Wine Improves Customer Experience and Increases Sales

Transcendence Wines, a small husband-and-wife winery in California’s Santa Ynez Valley, needed to stop manually entering invoices, printing labels and tracking customers by a mailing list as they built a wine club and online business. To automate sales, customer relationships and tasting-room checkout they selected TrueCommerce’s Nexternal eCommerce Platform and the TrueCommerce Engage mobile POS, seeking an affordable, all‑in‑one OMS/POS that would support online sales, club management and events.

TrueCommerce implemented Nexternal and the mobile POS (shared single database, FedEx shipping and MailChimp integrations) in about six weeks, and the first wine-club run for ~100 members dropped from “forever” to four minutes. Transcendence now has roughly 320 members (adding 10–15/month), faster automated order processing, easy order customization, improved retention and better customer data capture, plus automatic FedEx label generation — outcomes the winery credits to TrueCommerce’s platform and support.
