Caffe Ladro, a Seattle coffee roaster and retailer, was struggling with a clunky eCommerce platform and time-consuming, error-prone manual entry of online and wholesale orders into QuickBooks Enterprise. To improve the online ordering experience and accelerate order processing, Caffe Ladro partnered with TrueCommerce and adopted the TrueCommerce Nexternal eCommerce platform together with TrueCommerce EDI/Unified Commerce Services.
TrueCommerce implemented a unified integration across the TrueCommerce Global Commerce Network, Nexternal and QuickBooks Enterprise to automate subscriptions, auto-reorders and EDI-to-ERP order flows. The TrueCommerce solution eliminated much of the manual entry, cut order-entry time by 600% (from about 90 minutes to ~15 minutes), reduced errors, paid for itself in one holiday season, and helped quadruple online sales (400% increase).
