Bristan Group Ltd., one of the UK’s largest bathroom supply companies, needed to eliminate errors and slow processing caused by a highly manual order intake (post, fax and email) and an unreliable supply‑chain system. To standardize and speed onboarding of trading partners, Bristan Group Ltd. outsourced its B2B electronic trading to TrueCommerce, using their cloud-based EDI/B2B platform (including a fax‑to‑email connector) to gain visibility and control of customer orders.

TrueCommerce implemented a single outsourced trading platform and handled customer onboarding, enabling Bristan Group Ltd. to exchange POs, invoices, acknowledgements, ASNs and PODs electronically and extend functionality quickly to new partners. As a result (per Bristan’s report) administration costs fell, time to resolve invoice and order queries shortened, onboarding accelerated, and order admin errors were cut by 95%, delivering markedly improved customer service and supply‑chain visibility.
