Masterfit Enterprises Puts Their Best Foot Forward with TrueCommerce Foundry

Masterfit Enterprises, a small manufacturer of insoles and fit aids, needed to meet large retailers’ EDI requirements and offer a simple B2B ordering option for non-EDI partners while maintaining direct integration with QuickBooks Enterprise. They chose TrueCommerce, deploying TrueCommerce Foundry’s EDI and Nexternal B2B eCommerce solutions to provide a direct QuickBooks connection and hands-on support and training.

TrueCommerce implemented integrated EDI and eCommerce that automates order flow into QuickBooks, reduces manual entry, and provided thorough onboarding and support. As a result, orders appear in QuickBooks in about 30 minutes, Masterfit saved 10–12 hours per week (500+ hours/year) in customer service time, shipping turnaround fell from 5–6 days to as fast as next day, accuracy improved, and monthly labor costs dropped roughly 10–15% — with Masterfit planning to expand into TrueCommerce Pack & Ship.
