Winning Streak Sports, a Kansas-based manufacturer of embroidered banners, pennants and other sports merchandise, needed to maintain exceptional responsiveness to major retailers and manage a surge in EDI volume during and after a migration to SAP Business One. To meet strict retailer EDI requirements and support drop-shipping and Amazon channels, they selected TrueCommerce’s integrated web-based EDI for SAP Business One plus TrueCommerce labeling, scheduling add-ons and the TrueCommerce Amazon Marketplace Integration.

TrueCommerce implemented end-to-end EDI integration with SAP Business One, automating order, invoice and ASN flows and routing Amazon Seller Central orders into SAP, with proactive support through the ERP cutover. The automation scaled to handle thousands of EDI transactions per day at peak, cut manual labor (avoiding at least one full-time hire plus two seasonal staff), enabled typical 24-hour order-to-shipment turnaround, and helped Winning Streak rank #1 among ~400 vendors at Kohl’s during peak season.
