Fresh Meal Solutions, a Uniontown, KY–based maker of fresh, ready-to-eat meals that ships to roughly 2,500 retail outlets, faced a new trading-partner requirement to implement electronic data interchange (EDI) compatible with QuickBooks® Enterprise Solutions. As a cost-conscious startup unfamiliar with EDI, Fresh Meal Solutions turned to TrueCommerce and its EDI solutions to meet the compliance and integration needs of their largest grocery customer.

TrueCommerce implemented a simple end-to-end EDI solution (later upgraded to Transaction Manager™), handling setup and training remotely and completing implementation in about two weeks with minimal involvement from the client.
